What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an international or remote, fintech-facing analytics role where I can build financial governance, improve business processes, turn complex data into decision-ready insights, and continue developing Python, Power BI, and FinOps skills.

At VK, I built an end-to-end financial governance framework for RUB 100B+ across 12 strategic projects and led payment and approval-process redesigns that reduced approval cycles from 12 to 7 business days.

Previously, I designed X5 Bank's nationwide debit-card distribution model and cashback unit-economics tools, then automated executive reporting at Rostelecom from 10 to 2 business days. At Amway and Sberbank, I delivered forecasting, budgeting, BI, and financial-risk analysis for complex, high-volume operations.

I translate operational and financial data into decision-ready materials for senior stakeholders, combining advanced Excel/VBA, SQL, process analysis, and growing Python and Power BI skills. I'm building international, fintech-facing analytics experience and am open to relocation or remote work.
