I’m a Finance and Business Operations leader with 10+ years of experience across FP&A, management reporting, budgeting, treasury, finance operations, and business transformation. I combine financial expertise with hands-on operational execution to support executive decision-making.
Currently, I lead the Finance function for an IT services/software development company (approximately 50 employees, USD 1.5M+ revenue). I run annual budgeting and rolling forecasting, build financial models and scenario planning, and deliver revenue and margin analytics, project profitability, and treasury/cash flow visibility for leadership.
I also drive finance process automation and BI. I’ve led implementation of a Forecast tool for revenue and margin forecasting, budget automation, plan vs. actual analysis, and financial BI, while supporting KPI frameworks and executive dashboards through weekly and monthly management reporting.
Earlier, at Capgemini, I delivered finance operations services for Unilever Russia in a multinational shared services environment—owning accounts payable operations, vendor management, purchase order lifecycle, SAP administration, financial reconciliations, payment control, and compliance validation with SLA adherence. Before that, I worked in banking operations at MTS Bank, and I led regional development and P&L planning for international retail franchise expansion.
