What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex AI, data, ERP, and business transformation projects where I can align teams, manage risks and budgets, and deliver measurable operational outcomes.

At Sberbank, I manage AI and data science initiatives across a 150-person DS/DE department, coordinating six teams, budgets, infrastructure, risks, and delivery reporting for top management.

I prioritize quarterly and annual goals, delegate work to product teams, assess the financial impact of AI initiatives, and lead cost-reduction efforts through resource-consumption analysis. I also coordinate cross-functional projects, software migration, product CSI monitoring, and software registry submissions.

Previously, I delivered ERP, automated process control, budgeting, logistics, sales, and quality-control automation projects at Kolmar and EY. My work includes requirements gathering, target IT architecture, BPMN and IDEF0 process modeling, technical specifications, contractor coordination, 1C implementation and training, and project task management in Jira and Confluence.

My earlier consulting experience at EY, Financial Consulting Group, Colliers, and PwC built a foundation in tax risk, M&A, financial analysis, audit, legal review, and reporting. I bring structured project delivery experience across technology, operations, finance, and regulated business environments.
