At Momentum Energy, I analyse customer usage and tariff structures to improve plan fit, resolve billing issues, and support onboarding and retention. I generated more than AUD 72,000 in new business through a tailored tariff recommendation that led a client to add five properties.

I handle 50+ complex customer enquiries and escalations each week, coordinating with internal teams and account holders to minimise disruption. I also provide tailored energy plan recommendations for 200–300 residential and business clients monthly.

At Hill Street, I managed 150+ ICT support tickets each month, configured Active Directory access, and installed and serviced 50+ Windows computers. I led device upgrades, created staff knowledge-base documentation, and supported cybersecurity and regulatory documentation.

Earlier, at ICIMOD, I digitised and catalogued 250+ books to improve access to academic resources. My background also includes leadership and management, professional accounting, commerce, HR, stakeholder support, and process improvement.
