What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can run Learning & Development programs end-to-end—owning schedules and budgets, coordinating vendors and stakeholders, and using systems and automation to improve pipeline velocity, compliance, and delivery speed.

I’m a Learning & Development (L&D) and Program Management professional with 4+ years coordinating complex training and delivery work. I’ve managed $10M+ portfolios with 30+ cross-sector stakeholders, keeping programs on track through clear intake, planning, and stakeholder alignment.

In my current Program Manager role, I own Microsoft Project program schedules and budgets, manage training vendor relationships, and coordinate instructional design support for ILT and web-based learning deployments. I also drive operational discipline with document version control and audit trail practices to maintain audit-ready, funder-compliant records.

I’m especially focused on improving pipeline velocity and reducing friction—owning Salesforce pipeline stages and next actions, automating recurring follow-ups with AI tools like ChatGPT, and streamlining workflows through Rocketlane-style intake templates and handoff checklists.
