I’m looking to contribute to a customer-centric organization that values service excellence. I want to use my communication and problem-solving strengths to deliver empathetic, high-quality support while growing within customer service operations.

I’m a dedicated, customer-focused Customer Service Representative with experience supporting international clients on the CareCar campaign. I handle high volumes of customer interactions while delivering professional, empathetic, and solutions-driven service.

At PLP Group, I support customers by providing timely, professional help via phone, email, and online platforms. I resolve service-related concerns, maintain high customer satisfaction standards, and meet quality assurance and performance targets.

I also advise clients on suitable products and solutions based on their needs, manage client relationships to support repeat business, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing. Throughout my work, I follow data protection and compliance procedures.

Before that, as a Call Center Agent at Strivenet, I responded to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat, documented interactions in CRM systems, and supported upselling and cross-selling. I’ve built strong communication, active listening, multitasking, and problem-solving habits through ongoing training, teamwork, and consistent performance against service metrics.
