I am a results oriented Economist with strong leadership and management skills, and I thrive in growth oriented, progressive environments where I can improve my knowledge while contributing to organizational success. In my current role as Branch Manager, I coordinate and oversee branch operations, including staff hiring, training, and supervision.

I lead payment collection and risk-focused practices, including correcting series of invoices and negotiating payment plans with supermarkets—reducing bad debt by 90%. I also establish business continuity and compliance activities by directing the creation and implementation of a Business Continuity Plan, an insurance plan/compliance, and the management of audit programs and stock taking.

I continuously drive operational improvement through supply chain improvements and business platform development to support enterprise/channel business and achieve significant profitability. Earlier, I supported customer service and sales management by handling refunds, balancing cash registers with receipts, and reporting discrepancies, and I taught Economics—achieving 70% success in school examinations and introducing inter-class/inter-school quizzes.
