I am a seasoned business executive with 23 years' experience in the financial services industry, specialising in marketing insurance and actuarial products across Africa. I have held senior management roles including General Manager of African Actuarial Consultants and Principal Officer at High Ground Microinsurance.

My strengths include strategic formulation and implementation, product development, client relationship management, business development and risk management. I led regional expansion initiatives, managed investments and human resources, and was accountable for statutory compliance and regular board reporting.

Outside financial services I run an agricultural venture focused on horticulture. I combine operational leadership, market intelligence and technical direction to deliver growth, drive partnerships and ensure effective governance.
