I am a seasoned Agriculture Extension and Climate Adaptation professional with over 25 years facilitating community resilience, Climate-Smart Agriculture, food security programming, and project management. I specialize in stakeholder engagement, agribusiness value-chain development, and community-based implementation.
My work has included designing and implementing market-linked value chains, establishing Farmer Field Business Schools and demo trials, and delivering large-scale outreach and training (including GALS and disability-inclusive approaches). I have led inception processes ahead of schedule and negotiated multi-stakeholder agreements to secure market linkages and contract arrangements.
