What I'm looking for

I seek a role that fosters creativity, collaboration, and growth opportunities in product design.

I’m a hands-on Principal Product Designer and product design leader with 13+ years in product and UX design, including 6+ years across enterprise SaaS, B2B platforms, complex professional tools, AI-enabled workflows, and multi-sided product experiences.

I’m strongest in moments where products, teams, or workflows need to evolve. That may mean taking a startup platform to enterprise scale, turning disconnected tools into a clearer end-to-end experience, modernizing legacy workflows, or shaping new product direction from customer insight and ambiguity. I naturally think in systems, but I’m also able to make those systems tangible through workflows, prototypes, visual direction, and the story needed to bring executives, stakeholders, and teams along.

Today, I lead Product Experience Design at AAPC across a healthcare SaaS ecosystem serving medical coders, educators, students, employers, and internal teams, including AI-enabled workflows for complex professional tools. Before AAPC, I led design across Bluecrew / Employbridge as we scaled a W-2 staffing startup into a broader enterprise platform across worker, client, recruiter, and internal tools. Earlier, I designed AI-supported and data-heavy workflows across tax, public safety, and mission-critical products.

Across roles, my work has helped improve onboarding completion by 20%, increase new users working by 11.7%, increase document uploads by 35%, reduce support tickets by 25%, and support multi-million-dollar platform investment.

My core focus areas include:

→ 0 to 1 product direction, platform strategy, and future-state vision
→ AI-enabled workflow design, product prototyping, and human-in-the-loop experiences
→ Customer insight, complex workflow design, and systems thinking
→ Scaling products, workflows, and design systems across teams and user types
→ Enterprise SaaS, B2B, consumer-facing, and multi-sided product experiences
→ Executive storytelling, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional collaboration

What sets me apart is the range I can operate across. I can see the larger system, design the details, make the future state visible, and help teams move from ambiguity to aligned product direction.
