What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead enterprise product design for regulated domains—shipping safe, human-in-the-loop GenAI workflows and scalable design systems with strong cross-functional partnership (onsite/hybrid or remote).

I’m a Principal Product Designer delivering enterprise product experiences in regulated healthcare, with 8+ years focused on complex, multi-stakeholder workflows. At AyinHealthSolutions, I lead product design that keeps safety and compliance central while accelerating GenAI-powered adoption.

As one of two co-founders of the AI Accelerator Team, I defined the charter and how the organization proves GenAI priorities—from concept to validated prototype to production-minded product. I led GenAI and AI-workflow initiatives using AI-assisted design, prototyping, and rapid iteration, including an AI claims adjudication engine for plan operations.

I shipped AyinIris, an enterprise inquiry and case-management platform with secured PHI that delivers $250K+ in annual organizational savings, and AyinWiki using AWS Bedrock plus MCP for an LLM-ready knowledge experience. I also converted the organization’s Figma design system for LLM consumption—pairing tokens, components, and patterns with UI alignment—then enabled internal teams with AI-assisted report generation and regulatory guidance monitoring; in parallel, I redesigned pre-authorization and referral submission and reduced submission errors by 90%.
