At a private medical practice in Cyprus, I provide direct administrative support to the doctor and coordinate daily office workflow. I manage appointments and patient enquiries, and handle GeSY procedures, referrals and medical documentation.
At N. Th. Kouroushis Ltd, I supported the CEO and senior management while managing logistics, purchasing and business operations. I coordinated supplier relationships, production schedules and the customer order cycle, and supervised the order preparation team.
Earlier at N. Th. Kouroushis Ltd, I worked across sales, marketing and business development, managed customer relationships in Cyprus and international markets, and led a seven-member sales team as Sales Manager – Kouroushis Dairies. I hold an MA in Human Resource Management and a BSc in Marketing Management from University of Newcastle upon Tyne – Business School.
