What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead Agile delivery for digital products where I can build high-performing cross-functional teams, turn stakeholder needs into clear product priorities, improve delivery workflows, and support scalable operations.

At AfriConnect, I facilitate Scrum delivery for a 10-member cross-functional team building a B2B marketplace for African SMEs and agricultural suppliers. I introduced story-point estimation and velocity tracking, resolved an integration crisis that reduced bugs by 60%, and helped raise team satisfaction from 5/10 to 9/10 in four sprints.

At PicksNCarts, I lead end-to-end Agile delivery for a sustainability-focused e-commerce platform while serving as Head of Operations. I own the product backlog, translate stakeholder feedback into sprint-ready work, and built merchant onboarding and operational frameworks that supported the early onboarding of eight merchant partners.

I also coordinated Martvest Africa's eight-week women's incubation programme, supporting more than 35 women from low-income communities with business and skills training. I helped secure microfinance partnerships and managed the development team that launched the Martvest e-commerce platform.

My background in occupational therapy and community programmes has strengthened how I coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage competing priorities, and create supportive environments for people to do their best work.
