What I'm looking for

I'm looking for new IT support challenges where I can solve technical problems, support users and systems, and contribute reliable, organized service to a collaborative team.

I've spent 18 years solving technical problems for customers, from software and hardware troubleshooting to on-site and remote support.

At inforTUCANO SI, Portugal, I supported CardioBase, ClinicBase, LeoPOS, LeoGES, EventBase, and GestBase. I repaired computers, configured MSSQL Server and Oracle integrations, and worked with DICOM, HL7, and Crystal Reports.

I also deployed Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, IIS, Apache, backup systems, and Windows, Linux, and macOS installations. My work includes network and printer maintenance, supplier coordination, and supporting external IT technicians.

At Lusíadas Saúde, I provide telephone and on-site support to hospital professionals, troubleshoot Windows and Office, manage application access, query SQL and Oracle systems, and correct PACS Sectra images and patient associations.

I'm looking for new IT challenges where I can bring calm decision-making, organization, and dependable customer support.
