What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a People & Culture role in a global, remote-first environment where I can use data and AI to automate People workflows, own engagement and people operations end-to-end, and operate with autonomy—always with follow-through and accountability.

I’m a People & Culture professional with 10+ years of experience across employee engagement, people operations, manager coaching, internal communications, and people management in global, remote-first organisations. I build the systems behind difficult conversations—then follow through—so leadership can make decisions grounded in what the data actually says.

At Emma The Sleep Company, I owned engagement end-to-end for a ~900-person distributed organisation, designed a new engagement scorecard process, and turned an unnamed engagement pattern into a CEO-led session. I also built Power BI dashboards, use Personio as an advanced user, and lead AI adoption exploration—identifying automation use cases and creating custom GPT tools—while maintaining process documentation in Confluence and Jira.
