I’m a People & Culture professional with 10+ years of experience across employee engagement, people operations, manager coaching, internal communications, and people management in global, remote-first organisations. I build the systems behind difficult conversations—then follow through—so leadership can make decisions grounded in what the data actually says.
At Emma The Sleep Company, I owned engagement end-to-end for a ~900-person distributed organisation, designed a new engagement scorecard process, and turned an unnamed engagement pattern into a CEO-led session. I also built Power BI dashboards, use Personio as an advanced user, and lead AI adoption exploration—identifying automation use cases and creating custom GPT tools—while maintaining process documentation in Confluence and Jira.
Experience

Owned end-to-end employee engagement for a ~900-person global, distributed organization, analyzing survey data and presenting insights to C-level and senior leadership. Built and rolled out an engagement scorecard process, created learning initiatives for ~250 team leaders, and led AI adoption exploration and engagement-related reporting tools.
Led a 75-person organization across multiple locations, directly managing and coaching team leaders through performance conversations and difficult people situations. Managed the full employee lifecycle across a distributed team and drove process improvement by establishing documentation and standards for consistent people management.
Led a remote team of ~20 professionals, owning performance management, coaching, and individual development through structured 1:1s and evaluations. Applied data and root cause analysis to identify performance issues and translate findings into development interventions.
Designed and delivered onboarding and upskilling initiatives across multiple cohorts, maintaining knowledge base content for consistent delivery at scale. Supported training readiness through repeatable learning processes.
Owned key account relationships and coordinated cross-functionally across EMEAF markets. Managed coordination activities to support distribution-focused customer account needs.
Delivered end-to-end Order-to-Cash support for EMEAF customers, managing complex escalations. Built and maintained customer relationships across multiple markets.
