I am seeking senior people or workforce roles where I can design performance systems, coach leaders, and align talent strategies with operational goals in collaborative, growth-minded teams.

I am a people and performance leader with over 20 years building, scaling, and developing multidisciplinary teams in high-pressure creative and production environments. I specialize in talent selection, structured onboarding, performance review design, leadership coaching, and workforce alignment.

I have led teams from small distributed studios to 100+ person operations, stabilizing turnover and improving manager capability through coaching, mentoring, and structured performance frameworks. My work has produced measurable improvements in retention, role clarity, and delivery consistency across distributed and in-house teams.

Currently pursuing an MBA, I focus on aligning individual growth with operational objectives, designing feedback loops and accountability systems, and supporting promotion and compensation decisions that respect budget realities.
