I am a highly experienced Culture & Community Specialist with a proven track record in leading employee engagement, culture, and internal communication strategies. My ability to strategize and build programs from the ground up, while also ensuring their successful execution, has been a hallmark of my career. I thrive on building strong relationships and empowering employees to actively participate in shaping the company culture.

Currently, I am creating and implementing engagement initiatives at Otonomee, where I work closely with the C-Suite to drive company-wide impact. My role involves overseeing the B Corp certification process and chairing the DEI&A committee, ensuring that our initiatives resonate throughout the organization. I have a passion for wellness and employee recognition, and I am dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment that aligns with the company's vision and goals.
