What I'm looking for

I'm looking to create inclusive workplace cultures through employee engagement, internal communications, learning and development, feedback-led improvement, and people-centred initiatives in a global organisation.

I've delivered employee engagement, wellbeing, internal communications, and culture initiatives at TikTok, supporting global teams through recognition programmes, workshops, onboarding, and feedback-driven improvements. I also organised an 80-person St. Patrick's Day engagement event that achieved 94% attendance and 100% positive feedback.
