I streamlined project administration and reporting processes at LOGIC, improving stakeholder communication and portfolio oversight. I also implement project controls, change management processes, KPI reporting, and executive dashboards.
At TRC Companies, I managed a portfolio exceeding $35 million across clean transportation, renewable energy, decarbonization, and public infrastructure initiatives. I oversaw funding strategy and built business cases and roadmaps aligned with decarbonization and Climate Action Plan goals.
Earlier, I supported utility infrastructure projects at San Diego Gas & Electric and statewide incentive programs at Center for Sustainable Energy. My experience also includes federally funded HIV/AIDS research at Family Health Centers of San Diego and residential property management at Delove Group.
