At Caltrans, I lead 12–20 concurrent capital projects representing approximately $300M–$1B, coordinating delivery across project phases, contracts, budgets, risks, and stakeholders. I use Power BI, Excel, and project data to provide decision-ready reporting.

I also led a statewide asset program for transportation investment prioritization and projections, and coordinated a three-agency homeless encampment pilot that Caltrans leadership later adopted statewide. Before moving into program work, I managed electrical infrastructure projects and supervised field operations teams.
