What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead EV and right-of-way projects end-to-end—driving stakeholder alignment, regulatory compliance, and budget control—while using GIS and data analysis to improve decisions, delivery timelines, and operational performance.

I’m a results-driven right-of-way and EV infrastructure professional with “over ﬁ een years of comprehensive experience” across property management, valuations, acquisitions, relocation, and diverse project support. Most recently, as an EV Program Manager for the City of Berkeley, I directed electric vehicle infrastructure expansion with the City of Berkeley and SDG&E, owning the SDG&E Rule 45 process from site assessments through final implementation.

I also serve as a primary liaison between commercial property owners, municipal departments, contractors, and utility leadership—aligning deliverables with “CPUC and city standards” while managing scheduling and budget control to support on-time delivery. Across my career, I’ve led large-scale right-of-way work and emergency response coordination, including managing “over 400 proper es in a 100-year ﬂood zone” and “Managed over $10 million in federal and state funds,” using GIS for data analysis, plus tools like SAP, Click-up, Microsoft Project, and Yardi.
