What I'm looking for
I am a motivated IT support professional with hands-on experience delivering technical support through phone, SMS, email, chat, and online ticketing to resolve user issues quickly and efficiently. I’ve supported staff and internal users by diagnosing hardware, software, operating system, and network problems, and by installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and applications.
In my IT trainee experience, I managed users on Active directory (AD), participated in a networking project for new infrastructure, spliced Fibre cable and crimped LAN cables, and supported network access through whitelisting. I also installed and configured CCTV cameras and supported help desk workflows through ticketing management systems (wecom), including preventative maintenance, accurate IT asset inventory, and basic user training; earlier, I handled customer inquiries and service requests in real time via chat and email, escalating complex issues when needed.
