I’m looking for a role where I can own KPIs, lead frontline performance, and use CRM-driven reporting to improve customer outcomes and operational consistency in a supportive, metric-focused team.

I’m a customer experience and operations professional with 4+ years of progressive experience across call-centre operations, outlet operations, guest relations, debt recovery, and academic administration. I handle high call volumes, resolve complex customer issues, and stay calm in fast-paced, metric-driven environments while keeping records accurate in CRM systems.

At Safaricom, I led the rollout of the Social Health Authority (SHA) emergency line—receiving emergency calls, logging case details into the CRM, dispatching medical response teams, and improving response consistency with standard email templates, escalation pathways, and audit checks. I’ve also owned outlet KPIs at Ando Foods (revenue, food cost, prep time, delivery time, and order accuracy), coached frontline teams, and enforced brand standards to resolve escalations and prevent repeats.
