I'm looking for a dynamic, fast-paced role where I can build relationships, solve customer and business problems, collaborate across teams, and take ownership of improving customer experiences and operational processes.

At Fresh Prints, I managed 250 US-based client accounts, generating US$41K through acquisition, expansion, and repeat business while guiding opportunities from qualification to closure.

I've connected customer needs with design, production, and operations teams, turning event objectives, budgets, and branding requirements into actionable briefs and reliable delivery. My work is grounded in proactive communication, stakeholder management, and resolving issues throughout the client lifecycle.

At The Hosteller, I managed operations for a 60-bed property, led and trained a nine-person team, and delivered property improvement projects. As Brand & Community Manager, I planned 55+ events, increased footfall by 35%, and helped strengthen guest retention through CRM-led reputation management.

I've also supported strategic planning for six Ogilvy client brands and progressed from HR Intern to Head of Human Resources at Metvy, leading recruitment and people operations for a 40+ employee startup.
