I'm seeking a remote Operations Coordinator role with a U.S. company where I can improve workflows, coordinate teams, maintain accurate operational records, and support efficient customer-focused operations.

I've managed end-to-end operations at A Landerna Restaurant in Curitiba, leading a restaurant and delivery business generating approximately R$3 million in annual revenue.

I led, coached, and scheduled a team of 20 employees while coordinating workflows for approximately 90 customer orders per day. I managed customer service, supplier relationships, purchasing, inventory, vendor negotiations, accounts payable and receivable, cash flow, and operational reporting.
