What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a remote operations coordinator role where I can apply proven leadership and service excellence.

At Aramark at James Madison University, I managed and scheduled a team of 16 student employees across evening and weekend shifts.

I recruited, hired, and trained 11 new student staff members, and conducted performance evaluations with coaching to improve service quality.

I coordinated daily operations, ensuring shift coverage and compliance with food safety standards. As an Aramark Extern, I greeted and served customers, stocked server areas, and supported daily operations during peak hours.

I graduated from James Madison University with a B.S. in Hospitality Management and a minor in Business. I’m fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and I’m seeking a remote operations coordinator role.
