What I'm looking for

I’m looking for the next step in my career at a company with a structured growth plan, where I can lead teams, coach talent, monitor KPIs (like CSAT/CPH), and use data for practical improvements.

I’m an experienced restaurant manager and operations leader with a “natural leadership talent” and an analytical, pragmatic mindset. In my most recent role, I supervised and supported the entire customer service agent team, ran quality analysis, and improved performance through structured coaching and feedback.

I also bring a data-focused approach from my work as a field and digital researcher, handling data collection (like pricing and product marketing effectiveness) and creating data tables with weekly progress tracking. Earlier, as co-owner of a pizzeria, I managed social media and sales channels (Google AdSense and Facebook Marketplace), led schedules and payroll, oversaw production and inventory, and performed market research—so I’m comfortable combining people leadership with practical, measurable results.
