What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a hands-on operations role where I can lead teams, coordinate daily workflows, and elevate customer service in fast-paced environments—using strong scheduling, inventory control, and clear communication.

I’m an operations and administrative professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Languages, Literatures and Cultures, specialized in Communication and Culture. I bring strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a customer-oriented mindset, backed by hands-on experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

As a Store Manager (2022–Present), I manage and coordinate daily store operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and achievement of targets. I lead teams with a focus on performance and motivation, plan staff schedules for operational coverage, and maintain high customer service standards.

Previously, I worked as a Store Assistant and Café Supervisor (2021–2022), supporting restocking, inventory control, and flexible operational coverage while also stepping into supervisory responsibilities. Earlier, as a Kitchen Assistant (2020–2021), I supported kitchen stations, followed hygiene and safety standards, and quickly trained across multiple roles to keep workflow running smoothly.
