I am a dynamic and Technology driven HR practitioner with years of experience in HR administration including Recruitment, workforce management, and Development. In MTAB Technology center where I am interning as a HR recruitment specialist/Analyst, I have worked with several Zoho suites applications to complete HR tasks and operations and report progress. I have proven remote . In Sundry Market Limited where I work, I have succeeded in impacting the business positively by recruiting competent employees, driving and implementing positive changes, fostering an inclusive workplace, making innovative and data driven decisions for sustainability, strategic conflict resolution, record keeping and collaborating with diverse teams; both internal and external.

In my current role as Regional HR Administrator, I represent the HR department across all branches in the Eastern Region, managing over 500 staff and having recruited and onboarded more than 250 employees. I support the payroll process and ensure accurate reporting of HR-related activities to the Head of Human Resources. My previous experience as a Human Resources Assistant at Bricks & Gardens Limited further honed my skills in recruitment, training coordination, and data management, allowing me to contribute effectively to organizational goals.
