I am a dynamic HR practitioner with years of experience in HR administration, specializing in recruitment, workforce management, and development. At Sundry Market Limited, I have successfully impacted the business by recruiting competent employees and implementing change initiatives that foster an inclusive workplace. My innovative decisions regarding sustainability, staffing, and welfare have contributed to a positive work environment.

In my current role as Regional HR Administrator, I represent the HR department across all branches in the Eastern Region, managing over 500 staff and having recruited and onboarded more than 250 employees. I support the payroll process and ensure accurate reporting of HR-related activities to the Head of Human Resources. My previous experience as a Human Resources Assistant at Bricks & Gardens Limited further honed my skills in recruitment, training coordination, and data management, allowing me to contribute effectively to organizational goals.
