I'm currently supporting CIBC retail lending as a Senior Quality Assurance Officer, reviewing Individual Account Lending servicing requests, delinquent accounts, Personal Lines of Credit, and AML and PESA mobile campaigns.
Across CIBC operations roles, I've processed retail lending requests, resolved data discrepancies, supported pre-funding workflows, and assessed diverse income documentation for private wealth clients. I focus on accurate documentation, regulatory adherence, risk escalation, and efficient case resolution in high-volume environments.
Previously, I strengthened customer retention at S&P Data and led store teams at Rogers Communications and Freedom Mobile. At Rogers, I developed a Home TV promotion that increased sales by more than 13% and coached teams to achieve three consecutive quarterly sales targets.
