What I'm looking for

I'm looking to work with a Scrum or Kanban team where I can develop the team, support project goals, facilitate delivery, and help people stay focused on progress.

I've supported Agile delivery at Siemens Industry Software, Future Processing, and XCaliber, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and helping teams deliver high-quality products in iterative cycles.

At Future Processing, I combined Team Leader and Scrum Master responsibilities for England-based clients. I monitored delivery, budgets, invoicing, risks, and reporting while building client relationships and supporting teams working in SAFe.

My path began in software quality assurance, where I performed manual, regression, and functional testing for web applications, maintained test documentation, and worked closely with developers, Product Owners, testers, and international clients.

I enjoy helping teams become more self-organized, transparent, and focused on progress. I'm looking to support a Scrum or Kanban team with practical Agile coaching, facilitation, and project-management knowledge.
