What I'm looking for

I seek a Scrum Master role where I can coach teams, facilitate agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and drive continuous improvement in a tech-forward, collaborative environment.

I am an aspiring Scrum Master with a solid foundation in coaching principles, developed through three coaching courses at Collegium Da Vinci and hands-on experience guiding teams in problem-solving and collaboration.

Currently I work as a dispatcher in Egala Transport company where I assist drivers in complex, high-pressure situations and manage relationships with service providers and internal teams.

I focus on driving continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies, implementing solutions to reduce costs and delays, and facilitating conflict resolution with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.

I am passionate about technology and artificial intelligence and eager to transition into a Scrum Master role where I can facilitate agile ceremonies, remove blockers, coach teams, and enhance collaboration between BA, DEV, QA and other stakeholders.
