I am a Certified Scrum Master and Project Manager with over 8 years of experience leading projects in various Agile frameworks. My journey began in a small software house, where I transformed random groups of developers into harmonious and highly effective Scrum teams. I have successfully maintained day-to-day project management, establishing communication pipelines with clients and end-users, and coordinating multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) during Program Increments (PIs).
Throughout my career, I have been involved in significant projects, including Digital Integration and the McDonald’s App. My role as a Scrum Master and Release Train Engineer has allowed me to facilitate PI planning for multiple products, showcasing my ability to coordinate large teams and manage complex projects. I am passionate about training future Scrum Masters in Agile best practices and continuously adapting frameworks to meet project specifications.
