As a Scrum Master in the pharmaceutical sector, I work with a team focused on data predictions within the SAFe framework. In this role, I am responsible for organizing and facilitating all Scrum events, including stand-ups, planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives, ensuring that they run smoothly and efficiently.

I worked as a Scrum Master for two teams in the banking sector, assisting them with their daily tasks within the SAFe framework. I collaborated closely with Product Owners and other Scrum Masters to escalate impediments and dependencies for quick resolution.

I worked as a Test Engineer in a validated project, responsible for designing and executing test cases using HP ALM. I also served as Competence Center Manager in the SQA area for Astek consultants, overseeing recruitment, training, presales, and resource allocation.

I worked as a Scrum Master across various projects, managing both distributed and local teams. Concurrently, I served as a line manager for a group of test engineers, conducting coaching sessions based on ICF standards to foster their self-awareness and development.

My primary responsibility was to create automated tests using an internal Excel-based tool. I ran these tests using Quality Centre, evaluated results, and reported incidents found in both the internal automated test tool and the application under test, which was used by financial institutions.

I primarily performed exploratory testing on a social network website, alongside conducting smoke tests. I also contributed to testing documentation and proposed improvements, collaborating closely with the development team to reduce fix times using the Track tool for incident reporting.

I tested software across various short-term projects, reporting defects to facilitate reproduction and resolution by the development team. I also prepared and configured project-specific network scenarios, typically involving 1-4 servers and up to 100 workstations.

I was involved in software testing, report writing, and updating test plans and databases. I also assisted with modifications to the NCEC website and directly interacted with external customers, providing IT and technical support for ongoing product issues.

As the sole IT professional, I managed the entire IT infrastructure, including Windows 2003 server installation and Active Directory configuration. My responsibilities also encompassed daily administration, troubleshooting, user support across multiple units, and network cabling.

I was responsible for buying and selling computer components directly to customers, as well as assembling computers from available parts. My duties also included fixing system problems, installing operating systems, and resolving customer issues by identifying and addressing root causes.

Completed a Master of Science degree focusing on Computer Science and Econometrics. This program provided a strong foundation in both computational methods and economic analysis.
