At Stretto, I've helped development, data, and operational teams improve delivery in complex bankruptcy and banking projects. I reduced the delivery cycle from around six months to around three months and increased sprint predictability to approximately 80–90%.

I've reorganized a 20+ person team into three smaller, more effective teams, achieving stable velocity within about three sprints. I facilitate Agile events, remove impediments, support Product Owners and international stakeholders, and maintain structured backlogs in low-product-maturity environments.

Alongside Scrum Master responsibilities, I led a four-person Data Processing team, designed product delivery processes, and introduced Agile practices that improved collaboration and operational efficiency. I regularly communicate with stakeholders and C-level executives to align priorities and support informed decisions.

My background in data processing includes database maintenance, data integration, workflow monitoring, and OCR automation. I use data, Agile metrics, Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, Miro, and AI tools to make delivery more consistent and teams more effective.
