I'm looking to help a global, operations-heavy organization build or transform procurement capabilities, operating models, governance, supplier performance, and digital execution to deliver measurable cost, service, resilience, and value outcomes.

I've built and scaled procurement organizations at Stryker and Mars, including Stryker's 0-to-100+ FTE Global Procurement Centre of Excellence supporting 20+ manufacturing sites. My work improved OTIF from 62% to 85%, reduced backorders by 64%, and lowered inventory by 35%.

Across MedTech, FMCG, and Pharma, I design procurement operating models, governance, supplier strategies, and digital execution spanning direct and indirect procurement, CAPEX, materials, and services. I've led global teams, strategic sourcing, and supplier performance programs using SAP Ariba, RPA, analytics, and AI-enabled process improvement.
