What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead a trusted, proactive BI, insights and analytics function where I can challenge thinking, develop people and use AI-enabled analytics to turn reliable data into action.

At Elavon, I lead BI analysts across junior, mid and senior levels, building a proactive function that turns reporting, insight and commercial context into better decisions. I own hiring, capability development, prioritisation and analytical quality standards.

I’m expanding the team’s remit into AI-enabled analytics through Snowflake and Microsoft Copilot Studio agent proofs of concept, while leading Power BI and Power Apps transformations that reduce manual work and improve scalability. I also coordinated more than 10 teams to create a European Leadership Team KPI dashboard with aligned definitions and reporting expectations.

Across CBRE, ICON, Worldpay, CGA Strategy and Grupa Ożarów, I’ve led analytics delivery, data-governance initiatives, reporting automation and cross-continental teams.
