What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can use my loan recovery, customer service, and record-keeping skills to support smooth operations. I’m available for remote work (immediate start) and I enjoy working independently and in teams with strong attention to detail.

I’m a detail-oriented Loan Collection Officer with experience managing client accounts and following up on loan repayments. I maintain accurate records of transactions and communications, resolve customer issues professionally, and improve recovery rates through consistent follow-up.

Before collections, I served as a Sales Manager—supervising sales operations, building customer relationships, tracking inventory, and leading teams to achieve targets. I also supported executive operations as a Personal Assistant to CEO, and taught as a Teacher—strengthening my communication, organization, confidentiality, and record-keeping skills, with strong competency in Microsoft Office tools like Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Docs.
