I am a bilingual (English-Spanish) operations and customer support coordinator with hands-on experience managing daily workflows, schedules, vendors, and customer requests across multi-site operations. I turn inbound requests into clear, actionable steps, maintain consistent written updates, and use simple tracking systems to keep projects moving on schedule.
