At Kynetec, I led HR delivery for colleagues across the UK, US, Canada and India, and managed an international HR team. I co-led three restructuring programmes affecting 20% of the workforce and led global engagement and wellbeing initiatives.

Earlier at Kynetec, I managed payroll across 22 countries and led its migration from ADP to Safeguard Global. As North America HR Business Partner, I achieved two consecutive healthcare rate passes and $130K in annual savings through benefits redesign.
