I’m looking to lead live, hybrid, and executive events end-to-end—owning run-of-show, AV coordination, and real-time troubleshooting—while partnering cross-functionally to deliver seamless attendee experiences and continuously improve production workflows.

I’m an Events & Community Engagement Manager and event production professional with 9+ years of experience executing high-impact live, hybrid, and virtual events from setup through teardown. I’m known for running precise run-of-show operations, managing backstage coordination, and delivering presenter flow that keeps events moving smoothly.

At the University of California San Francisco, I execute 50+ live and hybrid events annually, including executive meetings, conferences, and internal productions. I partner with AV teams and vendors to coordinate audio/visual setup and hybrid delivery via Zoom, while also providing onsite event support and troubleshooting real-time issues to maintain continuity.

Previously, I produced 20+ monthly corporate events as an Events and Marketing Manager in Spain, managing logistics, scheduling, and onsite operations while resolving live issues during events.
