What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a client-facing role where I can coordinate reservations, group experiences and service delivery, use my bilingual communication skills, and contribute to a well-organised customer experience.

I've coordinated wine tourism experiences and client service at Bodegas Martínez Lacuesta and Bodegas Roda, supporting domestic and international visitors from enquiry through follow-up.

I manage reservations, group experiences for up to 60 guests, schedules, payments, booking changes and time-sensitive service issues. I also build relationships with travel agencies and tour operators while keeping clients informed.

I use Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Office to maintain accurate client records, proformas, orders and deadlines. I lead tours and tastings in Spanish and English, supported by WSET Level 2 Award in Wines with Merit.
