I'm looking to apply business analysis, workflow design, reporting, and product collaboration skills in a role where I can help translate business needs into practical, data-informed software solutions.

At AES BIZ, I partner with educational institutions to turn operational challenges into ERP and workflow automation solutions across education, asset management, and accounting.

I've led requirement-gathering workshops, analyzed business processes, designed solution workflows, and created functional specifications that help development teams deliver against client objectives. I also collaborate with developers to refine features, improve user experience, and communicate product capabilities to stakeholders.

I'm strengthening my data-driven decision-making through a Business Analytics certification while applying data cleansing, reporting logic, Excel, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and basic ASP.NET MVC to improve usability and operational reporting.
