What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Business Analyst role where I can gather requirements, document processes clearly, build dashboards and SQL-driven insights, and support quality through functional/UAT testing and close stakeholder collaboration.

I’m a Business Analyst focused on turning business needs into clear functional specifications, dashboards, and documentation that teams can act on. In my work, I partner with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, then iterate on metrics and usability based on feedback.

I also bring strong data and testing capabilities—writing and optimizing SQL to extract and analyze data, performing functional and UAT testing, and tracking issues through resolution in Jira. Beyond business work, I’ve applied statistical analysis with SPSS and built analytics/NLP and prediction models, which sharpen how I interpret data and support decisions.
