I'm looking to continue translating customer needs into clear requirements, user stories, and product improvements while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams.

I'm currently gathering requirements at Aquera Labs for integrations between entities and products, mapping customer attributes and working directly with US-region customers. Previously at Ellucian Higher Education Systems, I drove the Journey project from requirement gathering through user stories, grooming, sprint ceremonies, and a beta demo for two customers.

I've reduced Sev 2 and Sev 3 customer-reported defects from 13% to 6% through proactive analysis and process improvements. My background in software engineering helps me bridge technical and functional teams using Jira, Agile delivery, business analytics, and clear customer communication.
