I’m looking for a role where I can combine business analysis with hands-on technical delivery—building clear requirements, validating data quality, and partnering with Agile teams to ship compliant, high-impact improvements.

I’m a Senior Business Systems Analyst specializing in business process mapping, requirements gathering, and workflow analysis. I bridge business needs and technical solutions to deliver continuous improvement—especially within Agile SDLC environments and complex financial services compliance work.

In my current role, I analyze and refine PEIMS reporting requirements with stakeholders, improving data accuracy and strengthening Ed-Fi data publishing logic. I design SQL-based validation rules and data quality checks to reduce submission errors, act as a liaison between business and development teams, and support regulatory reporting aligned to evolving business and regulatory needs.

I’ve also led technical initiatives across the stack: building and migrating applications (including microservices), developing APIs for code migration and efficiency gains, and creating internal tools like a WPF-based Jira web application to reduce manual effort. Across projects, I combine stakeholder collaboration, strong documentation, and quality-focused delivery to ship reliable solutions.
