Paula Aymerich

I am a driven and goal-oriented Law student with a strong background in Human Resources and communication. Throughout my experience, I have developed a unique ability to handle documentation, provide support, and analyze data to drive process innovation.

My professional journey began at Amazon, where I worked as a Human Resources Assistant, providing support to employees and creating cases for leave and medical accommodations. I also had the opportunity to work on project work and data analysis, which allowed me to develop my problem-solving skills and think critically.

Currently, I work as a Quality Analyst, overseeing audits and defining structures to develop insights from contact audits. I conduct analytical deep dives, identify performance gaps, and provide recommended corrective actions. My goal is to continue growing and developing my skills, and I am excited about the opportunity to apply my knowledge and experience in a new role.
