Set up the business intelligence function from scratch, growing the team to 20 analysts. Developed a Python-based system to monitor competitor advertising campaigns and designed audience segmentation models, cutting research turnaround times by 30%.

Sat on the board and chaired the Audit & Compliance Committee. Wrote an audit query manual that the board adopted and helped the organisation meet Kenyan NGO governance requirements.

End-to-end research project management for multinational clients, including stakeholder management, requirements elicitation, and team supervision.

Managed data operations across 6 African nations for blue-chip clients. Introduced OCR automation cutting manual entry by 99% and grew the team from 3 to 20.
