What I'm looking for

I seek a cross-functional role coordinating digital platforms and product teams in an international, collaborative company that values data-driven UX, clear stakeholder communication, and opportunities to lead and scale support and knowledge systems.

I am an experienced IT project coordinator with hands-on responsibility for central digital tools, having served on platform delivery and change management for large events and services. I coordinate between editorial teams, product stakeholders, IT and external vendors to deliver reliable digital experiences.

At N26 I built and led a 16-person social media support team, owned the knowledge base and support centre, and turned multi-channel customer feedback into actionable recommendations for UX, product and editorial teams. I specialize in technical documentation, user stories and requirement specifications and run testing, bug-reporting and QA processes through Jira.

As a co-founder of Patjo, I managed procurement, logistics, budgeting, partner acquisition and KPI tracking, and in earlier roles I ran cross-border project coordination and claims handling. I completed an intensive Web Development Bootcamp (Le Wagon) and apply practical full-stack skills alongside tools such as Confluence, Figma, Metabase and Salesforce when collaborating with engineers.
