For more than 15 years at the National Laboratory of the Rockies, I planned and managed 50+ operational program assessment projects across complex business functions, including Safety, Records, Classification Management, and Training. I delivered 50+ formal executive and manager briefings, and I helped organizations close performance gaps by translating findings into clear operational next steps.

I’ve led enterprise-wide performance and compliance efforts—recruiting and managing a team of five expert analysts, orchestrating an annual corporate performance report with 200+ contributors, and designing executive-ready dashboards and KPI structures. I also authored strategy for an enterprise-level issues management system, established a phased baseline approach, normalized data across multiple departments, and aligned enterprise risk management to practical implementation.

Earlier, at Idaho National Laboratory, I designed and implemented a Contractor Assurance System (CAS), standardized risk identification and management procedures, and created executive reporting that supported federal requirements—contributing to a 50% reduction in federal oversight. I bring a disciplined, collaborative style (in-person and remote), combining root-cause thinking, process mapping, and training to help teams perform with clarity and confidence.
